Tech Support Engineer

We are looking for a Tech Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and hands-on knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical problems
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions
• Assist users with system usage and best practices
• Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS
• Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS)
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts, if required
