Job Description

Location: Bangalore | Experience: 3–7 years

We are hiring a Tech Support Engineer skilled in Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Intune with hands-on cloud migration experience.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace.
Manage and troubleshoot Intune/Endpoint Manager (policies, apps, device compliance).
Support and execute cloud migration projects (mailboxes, files, tenant-to-tenant).
Troubleshoot Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Workspace apps.
Manage identity/access via Azure AD / Entra ID.
Prepare documentation and ensure cloud security best practices.

Requirements

3–7 years of cloud/IT support experience.
Strong experience in M365 admin, Intune, Google Workspace, and Azure AD.
Solid troubleshooting and customer support skills.
Migration experience is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
