Tech Strategy & Advisory - Platform Strategy - Senior Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in the Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice at Accenture, your role involves driving strategic initiatives and managing business transformations to create value-driven solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing technology transformation strategies, overseeing implementation projects, and optimizing digital capabilities for business efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute technology transformation strategies - Oversee implementation projects - Optimize digital capabilities for business efficiency - Facilitate alignment between business and IT stakeholders - Analyze trends and disruptions to assess their impact on business outcomes - Support various operating models such as project-centric and product-centric - Communicate the value of enterprise architecture and its portfolio of services - Lead the analysis of business and operating models, market trends, and technology industry impact - Translate and guide execution of business strategy to achieve targeted business outcomes - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders - Position the EA practice at the intersection of business and IT - Maintain alignment, integration, and coordination of architecture activities - Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure consistency with enterprise architecture Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in the required domain - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, data and predictive analytics - Understanding of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management - Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools, graphical models, and frameworks - Mastery of all components of enterprise architecture, business & IT principles and processes - Extensive experience working across one or more retail segments like eCommerce, omnichannel retailing, D2C Models - In-depth understanding of omnichannel retail technology blueprint and business architecture of omnichannel retailers - Hands-on experience on key platforms like SAP S4, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Shopify, Magento, PoS systems, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, etc. - Awareness of current retail trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices and standards Additional Details: Accenture's Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice focuses on clients" most strategic priorities, helping them achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation and agile methodologies.
