Tech-Savvy Presales Specialist CPaaS & CCaaS

As a dynamic Presales Specialist at our company, you will thrive on solving real customer problems rather than simply selling technology. If you have a passion for CPaaS, CCaaS, digital innovation, and the ability to think alongside the customer, we want you on our team. Experience in BFSI and Telecom would be an added advantage. **Role Overview:** - Listen, analyze, and design the best-fit tech solutions that drive customer success. - Build technical prototypes, track projects, and ensure seamless integrations. - Simplify tech for clients, lead demos, and create impactful presentations. - Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and drive revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - 3+ years in presales, solutioning, or technical sales (Telecom, SIP/VoIP, or Cloud preferred). - Hands-on expertise in IVR, Contact Centers, Call Center Software, or Outbound Dialers. - Solid understanding of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, SIP, WebRTC, APIs, and messaging tech. - Ability to present, negotiate, and influence decisions with technical and business stakeholders. - Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications in Cloud, VoIP, or ITIL are a plus.
