Role Overview: As a Tech Recruiter in this full-time on-site role based in Noida, your main responsibility will be managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for hiring AI/ML and/or Full Stack Development Teams. You will engage with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates effectively, conduct interviews, and oversee the hiring process. Building strong relationships with potential hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process will be crucial aspects of your role.
