Job Description

This is a hands-on tech recruiting role for someone who loves building strong pipelines, closing solid hires, and staying very close to hiring managers. You will hire for roles across backend, frontend, SDET, QA, DevOps, infrastructure and other product functions.
You will be the face of LambdaTest for many candidates, from first contact till offer stage.

What you will do

 

Own hiring for tech roles

  • Run end-to-end hiring for assigned tech roles, from the intake call to offer
  • Write clean, clear JDs with hiring managers
  • Decide sourcing mix and keep a steady pipeline running at all times

Source smart, not just more

  • Use LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, communities, referrals and your own network
  • Run outbound reach-outs that feel human, not spam
  • Track source-level data and double down on what works

Partner closely with hiring managers

  • Run proper intake meetings to get context on the team, stack, bar, and must-haves
  • Share market feedback on skills, compensation, and timelines
  • Keep managers updated on pipeline, risks, and next steps

Run a smooth candidate experience

  • Schedule and manage interviews on time, with clear communication
  • Prepare candidates before key rounds, so they know what to expect
  • Share timely feedback, closure, and next steps, even for rejections

Keep the numbers honest

  • Track time to hire, offer to join ratio, source mix, and drop-off reasons
  • Call out risks early if a role is off track
  • Suggest fixes based on data, not guesswork

Support employer branding for tech

  • Work with the People and Brand teams to showcase tech stories, blogs, events and meetups
  • Use content and events to pull better inbound for key roles

What you bring

  • 3-6 years of tech recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a product or SaaS company
  • Strong track record of hiring engineers, SDETs, DevOps or similar roles
  • Comfort with reading and writing simple role specs involving stacks like Java, Node, React, microservices, cloud, test automation, etc
  • High-speed working style with clean follow-ups and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and stakeholders without losing quality
  • Strong written and spoken communication in English

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring in high-growth tech setups
  • Comfort with using data and simple sheets or ATS reports to drive hiring plans
  • Network in tech communities, meetups, or online groups
