Role & responsibilities Resolve Inbound International customer queries via calls. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Handling billing queries. Preferred candidate profile Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone. Min 6 Months of experience in International Customer Support (US/UK). Ability to work on rotating shifts including night shifts.
