About the Role

Tech Lead (Full Stack – Node.js)

Key Responsibilities

Node.js (Express / NestJS) and React / Next.js.

• Design and implement scalable architecture and robust backend APIs.

SQL, MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

Docker, AWS, or DigitalOcean.

CI/CD

• Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain code quality.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

• Mentor team members, manage tasks, and foster a strong engineering culture.

• Coordinate with product, design, and business teams to align technical goals.

AI integrations or automation tools

Required Skills & Experience

Node.js,

React.js or Next.js for frontend development.

MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.

Docker, AWS / DigitalOcean, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven ability to manage and guide a technical team effectively.

• Strong problem-solving, architectural, and communication skills.

• Experience with project planning, task allocation, and delivery management.

Bonus Skills

AI integrations, chatbots, or automation tools.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API gateway setups.
