Job Summary

In depth knowledge of Windows server Administration â€¿ MS windows 2016/2019/2022 Expert in Virtualization VMware / Hyper V / ProxMox Expert in Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD management, DNS, DHCP services Expert in MS Exchange 2016/2019 and MS Office 365 Expert in MS Cluster Expert in Cloud technologies â€¿ Azure / AWS Working knowledge of SCCM, Manage Engine Endpoint Central, MDM (Intune, JAMF) solutions. ITIL Certified â€¿ preferred. Working experience on ServiceNow / ticketing tools Working experience on Monitoring Tool and Logs Analysis Drive compliance to SLAs, KPIs, operational processes Good Communication & presentation skills Identify, own, track and execute service improvement action items including automation that could make people more efficient, make Infra more stable, reduce incidents, improve compliance, reduce risks etc.
