Job Title: Software Developer (Contractor) Location: TechM Pune Hinjewadi Plot1 Years of Experience: 5 7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on Genesys (Cloud) Functionality of Components. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions in a fast paced environment. As a contractor, you will play a critical role in enhancing our software capabilities and ensuring seamless integration of Genesys components. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement software solutions utilizing Genesys (Cloud) components. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications and systems. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Genesys and software development. Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations for future reference. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge of Genesys (Cloud) Functionality of Components. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, etc.). Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 7 years of relevant experience in software development. Proven experience with Genesys (Cloud) components is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
