Key Responsibilities:

end-to-end testing of D365 Sales flow

manual test cases

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and testing needs

Identify, log, and track defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution

Ensure testing best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle

Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding test progress, results, and risks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

QA Tester
