The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Adobe Analytics and will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive project success. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and high performance work environment. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable project plans. Oversee the implementation of Adobe Analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer journey strategies. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and optimize analytics frameworks that support data driven decision making. Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and solutions. Ensure adherence to best practices in analytics implementation and data governance. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve analytics capabilities. Mandatory Skills: Proven expertise in Adobe Analytics is a deal breaker for this role. Strong understanding of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) principles and methodologies. Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other analytics tools and platforms. Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, or Python. Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 7 10 years of relevant experience in technical leadership and business consulting. Proven track record of successful project delivery in analytics and consulting environments. Relevant certifications in analytics or project management are a plus.
