The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of cloud based solutions while leveraging their expertise in Oracle PaaS. This role requires a hands on approach to development, as well as the ability to mentor and guide team members in best practices. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion applications. Utilize VBCS and PCS to create scalable and efficient cloud based solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices within the team. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team. Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Mandatory Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Oracle PaaS, specifically in Integration Cloud Service (ICS), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Process Cloud Service (PCS). Proven experience in leading development teams and managing project deliverables. Hands on experience with cloud application development and deployment. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Knowledge of additional Oracle technologies and frameworks. Experience in performance tuning and optimization of cloud applications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion development. Proven track record of successful project delivery in a technical lead role. Oracle certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
