Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable fintech products. •
Own the complete product lifecycle – from idea validation, technical design, development, deployment, and scaling. •
Architect and implement secure, high-performance APIs (3rd party integration, forwarding APIs, payment services). •
Drive fintech domain solutions, including: o DMT (Domestic Money Transfer) o AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) o BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System) o Recharge (Mobile/DTH/Utility) •
Ensure transaction security, compliance, and data integrity in all systems. •
Mentor and guide the engineering team, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards. • Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. •
Optimize system performance, scalability, and uptime for high-volume transactions. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where valuable.
6+ years of experience in PHP development, with strong hands-on expertise in Laravel & CodeIgniter. Minimum 2 years in a leadership role with proven ability to lead teams. •
Strong track record in building and scaling products (not just projects). •
In-depth experience in the Fintech domain (DMT, AEPS, BBPS, Recharge). •
Expertise in 3rd-partyy API integration and secure API design. • Proficiency in MySQL/Database architecture and optimization. •
Good knowledge of transaction security, encryption, and compliance (PCI DSS, Aadhaar guidelines, etc.).
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. •
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills. Good to Have •
Experience in SaaS product development or multi-tenant architecture. •
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). •
Experience with queues & caching (Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka). •
Familiarity with front-end technologies (Vue.js/React) for cross-functional
