We are the world’s only patient centric software solution that enables end-to-end visibility and traceability in Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products supply chains. Headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium.

About the Role

Tech Lead

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and development of web applications or platform service
Apply Global security standards maintenance.
Create a baseline for confidential data protection and encryption
Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and pairing
Set and enforce engineering best practices
Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to define roadmaps
Oversee deployment, performance, and security
Design and implement lean, loosely coupled, lightweight microservices architecture to enhance scalability and maintainability

Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of software development experience
Lead the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and secure systems
Extensive knowledge in designing and development of a logistics service
Proficiency in backend (Python) and frontend (React)
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL,MongoDB)
Strong knowledge of Web and API design (REST/GraphQL)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience in managing source control through GitHub/Bigbucket.
