Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Google Workspace L3 resource to join our team. Google Workspace L3 resource will be responsible for managing and supporting our organizations Google Workspace environment. Ensure smooth operation of Google Workspace applications and services, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance to users. Must have a deep understanding of Google Workspaces capabilities and be proficient in administering and configuring the platform. Skills Required: Minimum 7+ years of experience with Google Workspace Administration. Manage and administer the organizations Google Workspace environment, including user accounts, groups, and access controls. Provide advanced technical support to users for Google Workspace applications such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Google Workspace services, including email delivery problems, document sharing and collaboration, data migration, and integration with other systems. Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and availability of Google Workspace services.
