About the Role We are looking for a Tech Lead to guide our engineering team through the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. As a tech leader, you will own the architectural direction, support team growth, and ensure timely delivery of quality software.Full time position, Based in Chennai,TamilNadu. This Role directly reports to the CTO. Responsibilities Lead architecture, design, and development of web applications or platform service Apply Global security standards maintenance. Create a baseline for confidential data protection and encryption Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and pairing Set and enforce engineering best practices Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to define roadmaps Oversee deployment, performance, and security Design and implement lean, loosely coupled, lightweight microservices architecture to enhance scalability and maintainability Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of software development experience Lead the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and secure systems Extensive knowledge in designing and development of a logistics service Proficiency in backend (Python) and frontend (React) Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL,MongoDB) Strong knowledge of Web and API design (REST/GraphQL) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable. Hands-on experience in managing source control through GitHub/Bigbucket.
