Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the DevOps team to ensure delivery of robust, reliable, and scalable infrastructure.
Design and implement cloud-native architectures using services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Drive end-to-end CI/CD pipeline implementation, automation, and monitoring.
Own the infrastructure as code (IaC) strategy using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
Manage containerized workloads using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or EKS/GKE/AKS.
Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog). Work closely with application development teams to support deployment strategies and environment setup.
Enforce security best practices and compliance standards in cloud and DevOps processes.
Optimize cloud cost, performance, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8–12 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles.
Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services.
Proven experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Experience in Docker and Kubernetes deployment and orchestration.
Deep understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancing, and DNS in cloud environments.
Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.
Experience in leading DevOps or infrastructure teams in agile environments.
Desirable / Bonus Skills:
Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture, DevSecOps, or compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC2).
Knowledge of serverless computing, service mesh, or observability stacks.
Exposure to GitOps methodologies.
