Tech Lead C# .Net

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, and GraphQL under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Assist in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Contribute to the development of microservices and serverless components.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to build efficient and reliable data access layers.
• Support the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and participate in DevOps activities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and test automation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and ideas effectively within the team.

• Strong C# development experience, with emphasis on .NET Core or .NET 8, particularly for microservices architecture.
• Experience in building and migrating microservices, including converting legacy .NET applications to newer frameworks.
• Basic understanding of ASP.NET and JavaScript for minimal UI work; deep UI expertise is not required.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services, especially in using Amazon MQ, SQS, and SNS for messaging and integration.
• Familiarity with containerization concepts and Kubernetes (EKS) for deploying services; basic knowledge is sufficient as DevOps handles most deployment tasks.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, with awareness of Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, though pipeline creation is managed by a separate DevOps team.
• Experience with relational databases, specifically MySQL on AWS RDS and Microsoft SQL Server for legacy systems; awareness of migration considerations between these platforms.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and REST APIs, including building and consuming APIs in .NET microservices.
• General cloud and DevOps awareness, with the ability to communicate requirements to the DevOps team and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines, infrastructure as code, and test automation.
