Java Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performing Java-based applications.
• Architect and implement

  Microservices solutions

  using Spring Boot.
• Align technical strategy with business objectives and client requirements.
• Analyze requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
• Ensure high code quality through test-driven development and code reviews.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, enabling a high-performing agile team.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Java technologies and DevOps.

Must-Have Requirements

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in

  Java development

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Java Spring Framework, Spring Boot

  , and RESTful APIs.
• Deep understanding of

  Microservices architecture

  .
• Proficient with

  Hibernate / Spring JDBC

  , and

  MySQL

  .
• Solid foundation in

  OOP, design patterns, and software architecture

  .
• Familiar with

  Redis

  ,

  Kafka

  , and

  JVM internals

  .
• Proficient in

  version control systems (Git)

  and

  build tools

  (Maven, Gradle, Ant).
• Working knowledge of

  CI/CD tools

  and best practices.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Experience writing

• Ability to drive initiatives and own deliverables from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with

  containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Exposure to

  cloud platforms

  like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with

  agile methodologies

  and DevOps culture.

Education

• BE / BTech / MTech / ME in Computer Science or related field
