You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation. Your role will involve bringing emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. With your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills, you will work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead and mentor junior professionals.- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.- Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges faced by the team.- Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.- Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.- Knowledge of integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualifications
