Responsibilities: 1. Technology Strategy and Innovation: • Define and implement technology roadmaps aligned with client needs. Collaborate with senior executives (CTO, CIO, CDO) and their teams to shape the end-to-end vision driving success and long-term value for our clients. • Drive adoption of emerging technologies; provide our clients with the latest solutions in the space of – Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, and DevOps. • Foster a culture of innovation within the delivery teams. 2. Business Growth: • Lead business development through pre-sales, solution design, and RFP processes. • Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the client accounts. 3. Client Engagement and Relationship Management: • Provide thought leadership and technical advisory to clients to solve complex business challenges. • Work with multiple clients spread across multiple industries and geographies, with a focus on driving account growth and increasing client base. • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and trust. 4. Project Delivery and Management: • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient technology solutions. • Ability to hire high quality talent at scale, build teams to deliver to client requirements, including managing bench and project downtime efficiently. • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. 5. Team Leadership: • Build and mentor high-performing teams with a focus on continuous learning. • Drive collaboration and fungibility within the teams to work across projects and clients. Qualifications: - Experience: 15-20 years in IT services, with expertise in solution architecture, account management, delivery management, and client relationship management. - Technical Skills: Hands on experience leading large technology projects including cloud transformation, microservices, AI/ML, data platforms and enterprise software and architecture. - Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills with experience working with cross functional teams and international clients. Experience in sales and business development. - Education: Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. The role is ideal for Technology leaders who combine technical depth with strategic business acumen, strong commercial orientation ensuring successful project outcomes and creating long term client value
