Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Tech Co-Founder. The Tech Co-Founder will lead the technical direction and development of Maestera's platform and ensure its seamless performance. Responsibilities include overseeing the architecture, designing scalable solutions, managing technical teams or resources, and addressing technical challenges. The role also involves collaborating closely with the founding team to align technology strategies with business goals and contributing to product development efforts. Candidates will play a pivotal role in shaping the platform's future and the company's growth.

• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and solving technical challenges efficiently
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Sales and Marketing experience to align product development with market needs
• Research capabilities to identify and implement cutting-edge technologies and best practices
• Proficiency in software development, coding languages, and systems architecture
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams or start-up environments
• Prior experience in building or scaling an online platform is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree or advanced knowledge in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
