Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Mumbai for a Tech Co-Founder. As a key contributor to the growth and digital transformation of the company, the Tech Co-Founder will be responsible for developing and executing technology strategies, overseeing product development, and identifying digital solutions for streamlining operations. This position will involve collaborative strategic planning, leveraging technology for customer engagement, and offering insights into new digital tools or platforms. Some remote work is acceptable based on business requirements. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, solve problems, and make informed decisions Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with team members and stakeholders Background in sales and marketing for driving business growth and engagement Expertise in conducting research to explore new technologies and market opportunities Experience in leadership and working in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment is a plus Knowledge of digital platforms, e-commerce, and technology development processes Ability to adapt and innovate in a dynamic, hybrid work setting
