Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Travel Sales Manager based in Delhi. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Travel Sales Manager to join our team. The Corporate Travel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating leads, and driving sales. Daily tasks will include nurturing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service, and overseeing sales operations to enhance business growth and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies. Develop tailored travel solutions and proposals based on client needs and company offerings. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the travel operations and account management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client servicing. Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools and prepare regular reports for leadership. Represent Journey Junction at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or related industry Strong understanding of corporate travel needs, trends, and procurement processes. Account management and customer service skills Experience in lead generation and sales Knowledge of sales operations and processes Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently.
