Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Tech Co-Founder. The Tech Co-Founder will lead the technical direction and development of Maestera's platform and ensure its seamless performance. Responsibilities include overseeing the architecture, designing scalable solutions, managing technical teams or resources, and addressing technical challenges. The role also involves collaborating closely with the founding team to align technology strategies with business goals and contributing to product development efforts. Candidates will play a pivotal role in shaping the platform's future and the company's growth.
