Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Tech B2B Sales & Lead Generation Executive to join our expanding digital sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, driving B2B SaaS sales opportunities, and supporting the overall business development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate B2B leads within the insurance, healthcare, and SaaS sectors through research, digital networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Develop and execute data-driven lead generation strategies to reach decision-makers and influencers across India and GCC regions.
  • Engage with potential clients via LinkedIn, cold emails, and calls to understand business needs and position company solutions effectively.
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos or meetings for the business development team.
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools, tracking engagement and progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach activities with organizational goals and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, IT sales, or SaaS business development (experience in insurance or healthcare domain is a plus).
  • Strong research and prospecting skills with a strategic, analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach platforms is advantageous.
  • Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

Compensation

Pay Range: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month
(Negotiable based on experience, performance, and skill set)
