Overview

The Team Personal Assistant (PA) will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
    • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports.
    • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Team Coordination
    • Organize team events, workshops, and off-site meetings.
    • Maintain team records, databases, and filing systems.
    • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Monitor and order office supplies and equipment.
    • Assist with expense reporting and budget tracking.
    • Support onboarding of new team members.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Other duties as may be specified from time to time by your Line Manager
    • Other ad-hoc duties as required to support the general operations of the business

    Qualifications

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of professionalism and discretion
