Job Description

Job responsibility

  • Responsible for 24*7 Wi-Fi NOC Operations and NMS Monitoring
  • Ensuring Timely resolution of customer complaints and Escalations assuring Maintain the SLA parameters
  • Wi-Fi technical Expert having core domain knowledge
  • Strong technical IP Knowledge to handle the IP / Switching / Routing issues
  • Services Assurance / Delivery and Change management Knoledge
  • Knowledge of CCNA Prefered
  • Relevant certifications will add to the advantage.
  • Candidates should possess good communication skills.
  • Candidates should possess Wireless and RF Deep Knowledge
  • Candidates should be open for shift work, including nights and weekends.

NOC, NW Planning, FO, CSO, SCM, Finance

Necessary Preferred

Skills

  • Over 2 to 6+ years of experience RF/Wireless/Wi-Fi Domain
  • Strong understanding Wi-Fi technology Handson on Access Point multi-vendor Controller Configuration and AAA.
  • Ruckus/Aruba/Cambium Access Point and Controller knowledge must with at least 1 years of Handon experience
  • - Knowledge of IP Domain is Must
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Good in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good team Player
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Innovative thinking for analysing customer issues and resolution.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech (Telecom/Communication/Instrumental)

Overall Work Experience

Over 3 to 7 + years of experience
