Job Description

Job responsibility

Responsible for identifying,analysing and mitigating ckt impact due to repeat network faults.
Coordinate across NOC, field teams, and planning for swift resolution
Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and clients on progress
Analyse frequent faults and escalation trends to identify improvement plans
Co-relate faults with geography and topology
Maintain and update tracker of repeat faults with action status and ownership
Candidates should possess good communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Skills

3 to 7 years of experience in Tx core domain.
Strong understanding of customer service, and technical knowledge Tx network elements, including SDH, PTN GPON etc
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Hands on Experience of Report preparation publishing
Analytical skills
Proficiency in MS excel, Data analyses Presentation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
