Join our Team About this opportunity: As a member of the Operational Acceptance team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and handover of RAN and Transmission network elements into live operations. You ll work across Project, Deployment , Integration and operations teams to validate new sites or upgrade sites with list of checks to ensure good sites are accepted for Operational Managed services. Need to collaborate with Technical teams and customer to review acceptance criteria periodically, perform audits, and support go-live activities for new deployments and upgrades. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and certify the operational readiness of new RAN and TXN sites before Operational care. Coordinate and conduct Operational Acceptance and audit compliance based on defined KPIs and SLAs. Create and manage Method of Procedures (MoPs), acceptance checklists, and documentation. Collaborate with engineering and field teams during rollout and cutover phases to ensure readiness. Validate software/hardware configurations, parameter correctness, and alarm/reporting behavior. Facilitate integration into OSS/NOC systems and ensure alarm monitoring is functional. Track deviations, analyze root causes, and work with stakeholders on resolution plans. Lead or support technical knowledge transfers for new scopes and solution areas. Maintain dashboards and status reports of acceptance progress and quality metrics. Required Skills & Experience 3-6 years of experience in RAN and/or TXN operations, deployment, or integration. Good understanding of LTE/5G RAN architecture, transmission protocols (e.g., IP/MPLS, microwave, DWDM). Hands-on experience with network performance tools, monitoring platforms, and acceptance testing. Familiarity with OA processes, service workflows, and operational systems. Strong coordination and documentation skills.

As a Core Network Support Engineer, you will provide 24/7 L2 support for network elements, specializing in fault resolution, IMS, MSC network, and signaling. You will be responsible for network health checks, critical fault management, and coordinating with L3 support for timely fault resolution. You have: Diploma/ Bachelor degree with 6-14 years of experience in Cloud Core Network for 4G & 5G, with hands-on expertise in IMS, MSC, and signaling. Expertise in fault and configuration management, ensuring network reliability and optimal performance. In-depth knowledge of SIP, MAP, CAMEL, Diameter, and other telecom protocols for efficient fault resolution. Expertise in different Linux versions Proficient in scripting with Perl and Shell Well experienced in managing various risks during network changes and upgrades, ensuring performance remains optimal. It would be nice if you also had: Certifications in 5G, IMS, and network protocols. Experience preparing and executing test object lists (TOL). You will contribute as a skilled Packet Core Specialist expert responsible for one or more key functions like Fault, Configuration, Performance, and Security. You will work independently within global guidelines, solve complex problems, and contribute to process improvements. You will also mentor and advisor, take responsibility for high-risk procedures, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of MS services. You have: 9-12 years with a bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in packet core network design and planning for mobile and broadband networks, including EPC and 5G Core technologies. Expertise in packet core network elements such as MME, SGW, PGW, UPF, PCRF, and their interworking in both 4G and 5G environments. Experience with network optimization, traffic modeling, and capacity planning tools. You will Collaborate with the implementation and operations teams to integrate new packet core components and technologies into existing networks. Oversee the testing and validation of network configurations and integrations. You will utilize traffic modeling tools and simulations to forecast future demand on the packet core network and identify potential bottlenecks or performance issues. You will design and implement security measures for packet core networks, including encryption, firewalls, and access control mechanisms, to safeguard data and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work with vendors to select appropriate hardware, software, and technologies for packet core network infrastructure. Manage vendor relationships and ensure that vendors meet performance and delivery expectations. You will monitor packet core network performance using network management and monitoring tools. Analyze performance data to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to optimize the network.
