Key Responsibilities and Duties

Customer InteractionGreeting customers, answering inquiries, providing information about products or services, and addressing customer concerns.

Problem SolvingIdentifying and resolving customer issues, escalating complex problems to supervisors when necessary, and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product KnowledgeDeveloping a strong understanding of products and services to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.

TeamworkCollaborating with other team members to achieve common goals, sharing information, and supporting each other in delivering excellent service.

Following ProceduresAdhering to company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations, and maintaining professionalism.

Maintaining RecordsDocumenting customer interactions, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
