Team Member - PMO

Purpose/Objective

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Member for the Project Management Office (PMO) specializing in Digitalization and Technology within the Infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in this field and will be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation initiatives and technological advancements within Adani while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead the digitalization projects within the Infrastructure sector, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology strategies - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery - Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance digital capabilities and operational efficiency - Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes

Technical Competencies

Agile and Scrum methodologies, Change management processes,Cloud computing and cybersecurity principles,Data analytics and business intelligence tools,Project Management tools and software

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: - 8-10 years of experience in the infrastructure industry - Proven track record in project management and digitalization Hands-on experience in implementation of technology-driven solutions using AI, RPA, BOTs and Data Analytics Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus Certification Required: - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (Desirable) - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification - ITIL Foundation certification - Certification on RPA and other Technological Solutions.
