The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management: Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including food preparation, customer service, and store maintenance. 2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of staff, including pizza makers, delivery executives, and customer service representatives. 3. Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation. 4. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, and customer feedback is collected and acted upon. 5. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and minimizing waste. 6. Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs. 7. Quality Control: Ensure adherence to La Pino'z Pizza's quality standards, including food safety and hygiene. 8. Marketing and Promotion: Implement local marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and increase brand visibility. Requirements: 1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the F&B industry. 2. Education: Graduate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. 3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 4. Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards, inventory management, and customer service principles.
