What will you Do?

This role offers exposure to strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and handle Annual Book Closure.
• Coordinate with auditors for timely resolution and closure of Audits.
• Perform trend analysis and provide actionable recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Assist in Annual budgets, Quarterly forecasts, and Board Decks.
• Prepare segmental/geographical P&L and variance analysis (MoM, YoY) with clear rationale.
• Develop and maintain financial models for decision-making and new proposals.
• Prepare MIS dashboards at product and channel level with key insights.
• Conduct competitor analysis using annual reports and regulatory filings.
• Provide insights into industry trends and company performance for leadership discussions.
• Monitor cost centers and prepare monthly cost analysis reports.
• Drive automation and process improvements in FP&A and reporting systems.

What makes you a Great Fit?

• Chartered Accountant with 35 years of relevant experience in FP&A and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced Excel proficiency is a must.
• Experience with ERP systems (SUN or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex financial data clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in asset management or financial services is an advantage.
