Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Advise and assist management in preventing workplace injuries and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Plan and implement injury prevention measures and conduct job safety studies . Evaluate the effectiveness of safety actions and recommend improvements. Ensure high-quality personal protective equipment (PPE) availability. Conduct plant safety inspections to identify and eliminate hazards. Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and industrial diseases . Maintain records of accidents, dangerous occurrences, and occupational diseases . Promote and advise Safety Committees for enhanced workplace safety. Organize safety campaigns, competitions, and awareness programs . Design and conduct safety training sessions for employees. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in industrial safety from a recognized institution (as per statutory requirements). RLI Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) is a plus. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of industrial safety laws, regulations, and best practices . Experience in risk assessment, hazard identification, and accident investigation . Ability to conduct safety audits, inspections, and compliance checks . Proficiency in safety training and awareness programs . Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills .
