Team Manager Sales

As a Sales Team Lead in the Gujarat region, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team consisting of Sales Managers, Team Leads, and Equity Dealers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strategizing and implementing business development initiatives within the region. - Managing and expanding new branches across Gujarat. - Providing assistance to clients regarding their investments in Equity, commodity, currency, and other 3rd party products such as Mutual Funds and Insurance. - Ensuring cross-selling of all products to existing clients, including equities, derivatives, MF sales, and IPO sales. - Collaborating with Regional heads and Cluster Managers for management discussions. - Developing and nurturing client relationships, as well as educating them about various investment opportunities. - Expediting the growth of the client base. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of equity markets, commodities, currencies, mutual funds, and insurance products. - Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
