Summary:
We are looking for a Team Manager Reporting to join our growing team in a fully remote setup. This is an individual contributor role where you will manage multiple reporting and project initiatives, ensuring accurate delivery, process efficiency, and strong stakeholder communication.
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Work Mode: 100% Work From Home
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the full project/program lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring projects meet quality, scope, and deadlines.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
Coordinate reporting workflows and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients, providing timely and concise updates.
Facilitate virtual meetings, presentations, and workshops.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Document project processes to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Work independently, managing multiple priorities across teams and time zones.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 7 years of experience in Project/Program Management or Reporting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of SQL scripting, reporting, and data visualization tools.
Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under pressure.
Desired Skills:
MBA preferred.
PMP certification or equivalent.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
Proven track record of managing global reporting or analytics projects.
Comfortable working in night shifts (12 PM 4 AM ).
