Job Description

Role Overview: As a Team Manager for Power, Distribution, and Dry Transformer at INOPC-Transformers in Chennai, your role will involve handling line functions operation, resource allocation, development of competence, and people development. You will collaborate with various factories, HUBs, Sales Units, and cross-functional teams, while being a part of local management. Your responsibilities will also include acting as a sounding board within the organization, conducting analysis, and managing risk.
