Job Description: As a Telemarketing Manager, your role will involve running and managing the telemarketing process to generate leads for the assigned portfolio. You will be responsible for leading a team of telemarketing officers, tracking and monitoring their performance, and providing timely feedback for improvement. Your collaboration with the Sales team will be crucial to ensure the timely conversion and closure of leads. Additionally, you will coordinate with the dialer team to optimize the utilization of raw data for maximum efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and develop monthly execution plans based on sales targets for the North region. - Focus on capacity planning and headcount planning to meet process requirements. - Design and implement training programs for team members, including Tele Marketing Officers (TMO) at branches. - Address queries and requests from centralized teams and branches, managing escalations effectively. - Analyze market intelligence and provide insights to enhance product offerings. - Create and implement plans to enhance telesales operations and improve the performance of the centralized telemarketing team. - Monitor and maintain sales force across multiple locations as per agreed staffing plans.
