Manager/Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of

  Electronic Access Control

  and

  CCTV systems

  .
• Coordinate with vendors and service partners to ensure

  timely resolution of breakdown tickets

  within defined SLAs.
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and issue resolution for security systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and best practices during installation and support activities.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance.
  
• Prepare regular reports on system uptime, issue resolution, and service improvements.
  
• Manage team schedules, including

  rotation shifts

  , to ensure 24/7 service coverage.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience

  in the implementation and service support of

  Electronic Access Control Systems and CCTV Systems

  .
• Strong

  communication and written skills in English

  (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of

  Networking and Servers

  .
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and drive issue resolution within SLAs.
  
• Proven

  leadership and team management skills
