Job Summary: Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets, grow market share, and ensure excellent client service. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, sales expertise, and market knowledge to drive performance. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and motivate sales agents. Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs. Support agents in negotiations and deal closures. Develop and execute sales strategies. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies. Maintain client relationships and resolve escalations. Report on team performance and market trends. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate. 3–5 years’ experience in real estate sales; at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Knowledge of local property markets and CRM tools. Real estate license (if required).
