Job Description

About the Role:

Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of recruiters handling high-volume hiring requirements.
Plan and execute recruitment strategies to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
Mentor and guide team members to achieve targets while maintaining quality standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize hiring needs.
Source candidates effectively using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and recommend process improvements.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in
volume recruitment / bulk hiring
.
Prior experience as
ATL (Assistant Team Lead) or Team Lead
.
Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing across Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Excellent
team management, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills
.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
