Team Leader

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee and guide our placement and training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading staff operations, monitoring performance, ensuring task and lead completion, preparing reports, and maintaining smooth communication with management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the placement and training team to achieve organizational goals.
• Allocate and monitor daily tasks, leads, and responsibilities among staff members.
• Ensure the timely completion of assignments, follow-ups, and reporting activities.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to the management.
• Support and motivate team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain coordination between departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.
• Track progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for better outcomes.
• Ensure accuracy in data management, documentation, and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
