Job Title: Team Leader (TL) Location: SCO No. 10, Lohgarh Road, Zirakpur, Punjab – 140603 Company: Fortune Enterprises Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and responsible Team Leader to manage and guide our field technicians and service staff. The TL will ensure smooth daily operations, meet targets, and maintain quality service standards for home appliances repair and installation. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of technicians. Allocate service calls and monitor progress. Ensure timely completion of customer complaints and installations. Provide training and support to team members. Maintain daily reports and update management. Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in team handling (appliance service/fieldwork preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to resolve customer issues effectively. Qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / ITI preferred. Salary & Benefits: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience). Growth opportunities within the company.
