Job Title: Team Leader – Sales (Female Only)
Work Profile:
We are an IT company engaged in both B2B and B2C sales of educational exam vouchers and training programs. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated female team leader with strong communication skills and sales experience to lead our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a small sales team focused on selling education-related exam vouchers (e.g., IT certification vouchers).
Handle both B2B (corporate, institutions) and B2C (individual students/professionals) clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
Monitor daily sales activities and generate performance reports.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide regular feedback to management.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or IT industry.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
