Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English). Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to handle pressure, peak-hour call volume, and escalations. Familiarity with call center tools, CRM systems, and app-based booking processes. Problem-solving attitude with customer-first approach. We operate 24×7 with a strong professional driver network across Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Job Responsibilities1. Inbound & Outbound Calling Handle incoming customer calls for cab bookings. Make outbound calls to follow-up leads, repeat customers, and corporate clients. Explain services, tariffs, packages, and offers clearly. 2. Booking Management Take accurate booking details and update them in the system. Coordinate trip schedules and provide real-time updates to customers. 3. Chauffeur / Driver Allotment Assign drivers to bookings based on availability and location. Manage round trips, airport pickups, outstation duties, and timely updates. Ensure the driver reaches the customer on time. 4. Sales & Customer Handling Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Promote fixed packages, memberships, and corporate accounts. Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
