Company is seeking a Team Leader - Telesales to join the vital Market Development .

This is a fast-paced, WFO role where you will directly drive revenue through strong floor management, coaching, and an intense focus on sales metrics.

Role: Team Leader - Telesales (Market Development)

Locations: Mumbai / Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Experience: 2+ Years in Telesales/Telemarketing

TL Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 1 Year as TL on paper in B2C Telesales

Max Experience: 6 Years

Mandatory Skills: Local Language Fluency

Our Market Development team is the heartbeat of the business4driving revenue, building connections, and

making every conversation count, from Renewals to High-Value Memberships. As a Team Leader, you9ll be the

captain of a squad that9s closing deals, overcoming objections, and turning conversations into happy customers.

Core Focus: Metrics Mastery & Team Leadership

You must be very strong on numbers targets, revenue, and all key team evaluation metrics. You will blend operations, coaching, and performance analysis to ensure your team smashes daily and monthly sales targets.

What You9ll Do (Responsibilities)

Performance Drive: Drive your team to smash daily & monthly sales targets and ensure timely deposition of daily collections.

Floor Management: Manage rosters & floor schedules to ensure maximum energy and output. Handle attendance, leaves, and team discipline.

Coaching & Quality: Give continuous feedback & progress updates to help your team level up. Keep a close eye on call quality4because every customer deserves the best pitch.

Training & Huddles: Conduct pre-shift huddles to energize the floor and set the tone for the day. Retrain advisors when needed because learning never stops.

Strategy & Reporting: Allocate telecalling lists strategically to maximize conversions.

Maintain and analyze sales/account reports like a pro.

Recruitment & Review: Interview, screen, and build your dream team.

Run performance reviews that actually inspire improvement.

Market Insight: Keep an eye on competitors4schemes, performance, and strategies.

Mandatory Requirements & Must-Haves

Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader on paper in B2C Telesales/Telemarketing is mandatory.

Total experience maximum 6 years.

Industry: We require people only from the B2C industry.

Language: Local Language Fluency is mandatory for the respective location.

Skills: Highly skilled at objection handling. Must be detail-oriented, organized, structured, and possess the

ability to handle pressure and keep the team motivated.

Education: Bachelor9s degree.
