Job Description

Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead, motivate, and supervise telesales reps, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
Performance Management: Set individual and team targets, monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching on sales techniques and call handling.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to meet/exceed sales goals, expand customer base, and improve conversion rates.
Training & Coaching: Conduct regular training, including call monitoring, to enhance product knowledge, closing skills, and customer engagement.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present detailed reports on team performance, trends, and progress to senior management.
Customer Service: Ensure the team provides exceptional service, handles escalated issues, and resolves complaints effectively.
Operations: Manage team rosters, attendance, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
