Team Leader - Telesales

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Motivation:

  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telesales advisors, driving them to achieve and exceed daily and monthly collection targets.

• Performance Management:

  Conduct quality control of sales calls, provide continuous feedback, and track team progress through various reports.

• Operational Excellence:

  Manage daily briefings, attendance, and leave records, and ensure maximum manpower utilization on the floor.

• Training & Development:

  Retrain advisors on product knowledge and sales techniques, and provide regular inputs on their performance and areas for improvement.

• Hiring & Growth:

  Conduct initial screenings and interviews for new hires, helping to build a high-performing sales team.

• Sales & Reporting:

  Oversee the allocation of telecalling lists, monitor competition, and maintain reports related to sales and accounts.

Qualifications

We're looking for a leader who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success in a telesales environment.

Must-Have:

• Education:

  A Bachelor9s Degree is mandatory.

• Experience:

  2 to 6 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong focus on telesales or tele-marketing
• and a minimum 1.5 years of team handling experience.

• Skills:

  Proficiency in objection handling, exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Attention to Detail:

  Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage various reports.

• Work Ethic:

  Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.

Brownie Points:

Experience in direct marketing and local promotion.

Knowledge of the matrimonial industry.
